K Klub Strip Club — Dancer Employment FAQ

We recruit professional, confident performers for our stage shows and VIP/private sessions. These include solo stage duties, feature sets, and premium private entertainment.
While prior club performance experience is beneficial, it’s not strictly required. What matters most are strong stage presence, professionalism, reliability and a polished look. We provide orientation and training specific to our environment.
Shifts typically start in the evening (around 8 pm) and run until venue close (often late night). Weekend and public holiday availability is often essential for this role.
You must be 18 years or older and provide valid photo ID.
Dancers make their money on tips/guest payments and private sessions in the laproom. Exact terms vary and will be detailed during the onboarding process.
A high standard of personal grooming, positive and personable personality and excellent venue and stage presentation is expected. You are required to maintain your performance attire and adhere to any theme or styling guidelines set by the club for special events.
Yes. After initial application, suitable candidates will be invited to an audition or screen‑check. This gives us the chance to evaluate stage presence, performance style and fit with our team.
The club ensures a safe, professional working environment: respectful guest conduct is enforced, security is present, and we adhere to licensing and workplace health & safety standards. Dancers must follow venue rules and act professionally at all times.
